If you grew up in Kingfisher you might remember Super Kids Day at Gilmour Elementary. Mr. B ( aka Mr. Butler) was the PE instructor for grades K-4 and developed a fun competition to celebrate the end of school each year. Students competed against a partner in a variety of challenges like sack races, hockey shoot, ring toss, basketball hoops and bowling. Parents and High School students volunteered for each station and students received first and second place ribbons the following day. Last year, Coach Waltman brought it all back to Heritage . We are excited to announce the tradition will continue. Coach Kipp is planning and rounding up High School student volunteers to participate again this year!
